Integrate Minimalism in your life

Minimalism is practicing mindful living; in my opinion, a minimalist person is a mindful person. If you are mindful or you have started practicing mindfulness you will automatically redirect yourself from being a cluttered personality to a minimalist one.

What is mindful living?

Mindful is being in the present and focusing on your mind, body, and soul. It is the moment of acceptance with a calm and composed mind. Mindful living/mindfulness is not being lost in your past or future. Minimalism is an aspect of mindful living.

I believe that minimalism and mindfulness walk hand in hand sorting your life together.
minimalism, mindfulness, mindful living

By practicing minimalism, we create a space free of clutter which simple peaceful, and mindful. As discussed in the mindful eating post we are actually allowing us to live our lives in the present.
After you start practicing minimalism you become aware of what takes up your time and space even if you have just welcomed minimalism in your life. This will help you to get rid of all items and activities from your life that keeps you distracted.
We have clutter all around be it our home or office space mind our phone tablet pc is full of that we no longer need or love and we might never use them or love them. Maybe this feature is relatable to most of us. So it’s time to start DE cluttering which is again minimalism. Advocating minimalism doesn’t necessarily mean being deprived, it’s just like your HARD Disk if you overload the system crashes. So be Mindful and start practicing mindfulness at one to two points in your home and life.

Where to start minimalism?

Maybe you can start from the wardrobe, kitchen counter, USB cables, papers of any form lying around in your house. It can be as simple as the example you have to do it step by step not at once.

“Your Minimalist life can serve someone in the world”.

In my upcoming blog post, I will be dissecting minimalism, mindfulness, DE cluttering tips, and more. Keep Reading.
